Lose what’s weighing you down


Wouldn’t it be wonderful if an eight-week journey could help you physically and spiritually?  Alisa Keeton, a certified fitness professional, challenges us to get fit with God.  Her eight-week journey includes fitness training, Bible study and small group questions, all designed to get you fit from the inside out.
