Nothing is impossible with God

God is ableUsing Ephesians 3:20-21 (Now to him who is able to do exceeding abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us, to him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen.), Priscilla Shirer breaks down the verses to show that God is up to great things in our lives.  Whatever it is that you need to bring to God is the very thing that God is able to do beyond what we ask of Him.

In “God is Able“, Shirer testifies to God’s ability by sharing her own personal experiences openly and honestly.  God is always able to perform great things in our lives by using our adversities and troubles.  We often look for God to rid us of our troubles, but instead He uses them to strengthen our faith and our character.

Shirer offers us confidence and hope in “God is Able“, a powerful book filled with life-changing wisdom for those who will hear and receive.  God’s miracles don’t always make headlines.  Sometimes they are our own personal testimony that God cares about you and is able to do great things in your life.

I appreciate Shirer’s honesty and openness. Even though some of her stories have been used in previous books, I found them encouraging.
