Finding Peace with the Father

PeaceMarie Maiden was the youngest of five children.  When she was very young, her father walked out of her life forever leaving an emptiness that followed her around for most of her life.  She spent most of her adult life searching for a man she had never met.  This book is Marie’s story.  Even though she made some poor life choices, Marie was able to turn her life around through a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Statistically, Marie’s life could have turned out far differently.  She could have gotten stuck in a relationship rut–continuing to make a poor choice; however, the search for her father gives her life purpose and meaning.

Maiden does an excellent job telling her story in an interesting and informative manner.  She shares her story openly and honestly allowing you to see inside  her pain and her hurt.   I appreciate her sharing her story of relentless hope in the midst of her pain.
