Simple ways to be healthy

Don VerHulst, MD, Host of Hope For Your Health believes it’s easier than people think to to live a happy, healthy life.  By following tips he read in the Bible, he has discovered an easy diet and exercise plan than anyone can follow.  In his book, “Do This & Live Healthy” he focuses on simple things you can do without having to follow strict or complicated diet and exercise plans.

Dr. VerHulst discusses the correlation between what we eat and how much or how little we exercise to how healthy we look and feel.  Would you like to know how to lose weight or prevent Alzheimer’s  or maybe deal with diabetes, thyroid problems or the flu and the common cold?  Dr. VerHulst’s Easy Reference Guide in the back of the book will show you easy and inexpensive things you can do to make your life easier and healthier.  I was particularly fascinated by his guide on achieving ideal weight by LEANing on the Lord (Liquids, Exercise, Add and Avoid and Nutrients).  If you can drink the brain shake he advises for ADHD and concentration problems, please let me know.
