Would you give your life a 10 rating?

Terry A. Smith serves as lead pastor of The Life Christian Church, a non-denominational faith community in West Orange, NJ.  He is a co-founder of the New York City Leadership Center.  His book, “Ten: How Would You Rate Your Life?” demonstrates seven steps to experiencing life in all of its fullness and achieving what God wants for us.

The majority of the book deals with leadership skills and how to develop them if you want to reach your God-given ambitions.  If you aren’t satisfied with your life then God has something better in store for you, and Smith will help you define your goals discover God’s bigger plan for your life and head toward your dreams in spite of the obstacles in your way.

Just like any self-help book, you must desire to change and be agreeable to doing whatever it takes.  Unlike others like it, Smith uses examples from the Bible and quotes Scripture to emphasize his seven-step plan.

If you are looking for more in your life and are willing to step outside of your comfort zone and do what Smith suggests, this book will be a good resource for you.  The reflection questions at the end of each section will give you an opportunity to look at yourself and apply what you have read.  For more information, click here to visit the author’s book website.
