‘The Gospel for Real Life’–the newest book by Jerry Bridges

If the gospel of Jesus Christ isn’t making a difference in your life every day, then you need to read “The Gospel For Real Life” by Jerry Bridges.  Have you forgotten how to experience true freedom?  Do you want to discover how to walk away from legalism and enjoy the liberty the cross affords you?

Bridges is one of the best Bible teachers in America today.  He has written books about grace, godliness, and holiness with depth and clarity.  “The Gospel for Real Life,” another blessing from his storehouse of wisdom, also includes a study guide to help you in your own personal study or small group.

Bridges defines in clear, concise words topics such as justification, propitiation, transformation, redemption.  He brings you into an understanding of scripture that will help you in your Christian walk and Bible study.  I am grateful for the wisdom and guidance Bridges puts into his books.  He reminds us that the gospel should be a part of our lives daily.  We must turn to the cross every day to live effectively for Christ.
